Beauty Therapist

A pharmaceutical company offering natural and organic skin solutions is looking for a dedicated Beauty Therapist to join its London store.

The role

As a Beauty Therapist, you will ensure the highest level of client care and service at all times.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Promote the beauty rooms by actively participating with internal and external promotional activities
• Actively manage trade test and sales assessments skills with feedback to Trainer and Human Resources Management
• Take responsibility for stock management and ordering for the beauty rooms
• Train Junior Therapists on required skills i.e. Brazilians etc.
• Responsible for carrying out VIP treatments and attending events when required
• Encourage the promotion and sale of all products in conjunction with beauty treatments
• Ensure that end of day closure and till procedures are followed
• Work to meet treatment and sales targets
• Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients’ experience
• Take appropriate action to resolve client complaints
• Be able to promote the Beauty and Health clinic products and services
• Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your Store Manager

You must be approachable, friendly and be able to work both independently and as a part of the team to drive treatment services, demonstrate and sell the products of the brand. The role requires a passion for learning, product knowledge, promoting treatments and exceeding customer expectations. Knowledge of stock control is also required.

You will be able to engage with customers easily, showing strong selling skills to achieve targets. And you must be willing to train Junior Therapists on maintaining a high level of service and making sales as well.
