Beauty Therapist

A luxury French beauty brand is looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist to be based in London.

The role

As a Beauty Therapist, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through all clientele building brand loyalty.

You are required to provide exceptional customer service by performing spa treatments, recommending and selling products, and explaining the benefits of the brand and loyalty program. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, boutique upkeep, and even some light cleaning. Ultimately, the goal is to increase sales, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for a NVQ (or equivalent) level 3 or higher, beauty therapist. You need to be passionate about exceptional service and luxury skincare. The candidate must be approachable, friendly and be able to work both independently and as a part of the team to drive treatment services, demonstrate and sell the products of the brand. You will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.

The role requires a passion for learning product knowledge, application techniques, and beauty treatments. Most importantly, you should be tenacious and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

We require you to be flexible to work various hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will also need to be available for a 5-week paid training in Paris.
