Beauty Floor Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Floor Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate our team members as well as maintaining and developing relationships with high-end Beauty, Fragrance and Make-up Brands.

The role

As Beauty Floor Manager you will build relationships with airport management whilst actively searching for new business opportunities within the airport.

The role will require you to establish professional working relationships which will allow you to coach, train and develop each team member. You’ll be positively promoting the image of the company by providing the highest level of customer service at all times and motivating your team to do the same.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring productivity of the sales staff on a weekly/monthly basis, maintaining support and developing existing clients.

Leading by example, you will motivate and develop your team to maximise performance. You will effectively manage your team to deliver ultimate levels of customer service in order to meet the needs of the business.

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect candidate is someone who is organised and motivated with past management or supervisor experience. As well as this, you should have proven experience of maximising and generating retail opportunities and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

You will be knowledgeable about the Beauty industry and have experience of working well under pressure. You should display excellent communication skills, with the ability to be proactive and assist with any problems that may arise.

To work in the Airport you must have the right to work in the UK and have not been away abroad longer than 6 months. You’ll also  need to be able to provide a full 5-year work, education history in the UK.

Being local to Stansted is a huge plus!

Your package

• £24,000 pa
• 8 hour shifts are within 5am -10pm and include weekends
