A luxury French beauty brand is on the hunt for a dedicated Counter Manager to be based in Selfridges, London.

The role

As a Counter Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all beauty consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will also strive to increase retention through clienteling. Thus building brand loyalty.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service. This includes educating clients on the brand’s products, recommending personalised solutions, and performing skincare consultations and makeovers. You will also play a role in attracting new customers, managing staff performance, and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
