Beauty and Retail Admin Coordinator (Kickstart Scheme)

We have a brilliant and unique opportunity to join our fabulous family led team at the London office as a Beauty and Retail Workforce Coordinator.

The Role

This is a multi-faceted and fast paced role in the world of beauty retail workforce planning. Key responsibilities will include clear communication with the team, a positive and vibrant telephone manner, monitoring email inboxes and flagging to the relevant manager, adding bookings to the live booking system, and monitoring the ‘check-ins’ of our remote workforce. In addition you’ll:

  • Be instrumental in working on new software system for bookings and enhancing the Client and worker experience
  • Send daily workforce reminder prompts and confirmations ( we love talking to our team at Artisan people!)
  • Update schedules and reflecting the most up to date version on shared “client view” spreadsheets

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect person for this role is someone with excellent verbal communication skills as well as written. You’ll have a good understanding of IT skills (PDF, Word, Excel, Outlook) and some social media knowledge. We’re looking for someone charismatic and chatty, with a great telephone manner and good organisational skills.
