Assistant Store Managers

We’re looking for two confident and ambitious individuals, to join a luxury childrenswear brand as Assistant Store Manager in Lakeside, Essex and Westfield, Stratford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in stores with a turnover of £1 million.

The Role

As a Assistant Store Manager for our client, you will be responsible for representing this luxury brand’s values and highly respected identity. You’ll uphold the highest standard of customer service at all times ensuring that they have a fantastic shopping experience and always leave satisfied.

On a day to day basis you will assisting with the management of store inventory, ordering supplies, monitoring costs and scheduling staff rotas. In addition, you will be involved in visual merchandising, sales promotions and in-store compliance procedures.

You will be assisting in the management of 8 staff in this premium childrenswear store. Candidates must live easily accessible to either location via train or driving.

How you’ll dazzle us

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years luxury retail background experience. Ideally, you will have managed small teams or be looking to progress from a supervisor role.

As an individual you will be inspirational and demonstrate great communication skills. You should be organised and well presented and have outstanding customer service skills.
