We’re on the hunt for a customer service superstar to become an Assistant Showroom Manager for a world famous luxury jewellery brand.
As Assistant Showroom Manager, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and smoothly. This will include managing and replying to emails and customer queries, overseeing online orders, opening and closing the store and much more. You will also assist with the company’s social media accounts.
You’ll assist with employee management and ensure that the team is motivated and maintains the highest standards of customer service at all times. You’ll be highly knowledgeable about the brand and its product range, acting as a passionate brand ambassador and assisting new employees with filling any gaps in their knowledge.
