As Assistant Manager you’ll be responsible for helping organise the employee rotas, as well as developing and training sales consultants, homeopaths, pharmacists and beauty therapists. A key aspect of the role will be assisting the Retail Manager in creating a warm and fun environment for both staff and customers.
You’ll set the standard for amazing customer service and product knowledge throughout the team, creating sales goals and reviewing these targets regularly. You will assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks.
The dream candidate for this role is someone with department store experience and a strong background in beauty and skincare. You’ll have brilliant communication and customer service skills, as well as being highly organised and able to manage a team.
