Assistant Department Manager

A luxury department store is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Assistant Department Manager based in Knightsbridge.

The Role

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will be leading a team of Style Advisors to help them make the brand’s customers’ fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will work closely with your Department Manager helping your team to be the best they can be. You will be the best manager you can be to your team and provide ongoing training and coaching for them, and provide the highest possible standards of customer service face to face or via telephone or email.

You’ll be responsible for showing that the brand is obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department, being the person who can handle all our customers queries, being the go to person with a high level of product knowledge, and sharing your opinions on current and future trends. Working closely with your team, you will celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
