This exciting role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, increasing customer accounts and identifying new opportunities for luxury skincare brands and distributors. The role is based in Greater London.
As Area Manager, it will be your job to train in-house and external staff, such as therapists and sales consultants, on sales techniques and skincare products. As such, you will need to have outstanding training, communication and presentation skills.
By researching new leads and business opportunities, you will be responsible for developing quotes, writing proposals and contacting potential clients via email, phone or in-person visits. The role will also require you to be identifying and opening new accounts in the luxury spa and salon industry.
An ideal candidate will display evidence of successfully opening new accounts in the past within the beauty industry and must be well presented with excellent communication skills.
You will be a confident communicator, who has a thirst for sales and the drive to achieve annual sales targets. Organisation is a must, this is needed to keep on top of the demands of the jobs, and keep the prospects happy!
Ideal candidates will have a level 3 Beauty qualification NVQ or equivalent.
