We are on the hunt for a charismatic and ambitious Area Account Executive to join our luxury retail client, based in Birmingham.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and increasing consultant standards and coaching consultants on sales whilst giving on-the-spot feedback and demonstrating excellent management of all clients. It will also be your responsibility to schedule visits to align with daily events such as sickness etc as well as events like promos and launches.
The role will require you to be visible and familiar in all retail stores in Birmingham stores and schedule visits to ensure key stores are visited daily and all stores weekly. This role provides a great opportunity for career development and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will develop to progress to Area Manager, over time.
You may be required to be available for other duties in line with business needs. These will be agreed with you beforehand.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with lots of energy and passion, management experience and who has an excellent understanding of the luxury retail industry. We’re searching for someone highly organised with good attention to detail who can manage client bookings and schedules on a vast scale.
As someone who’ll be driving our teams as well as chatting to clients regularly, you’ll need great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude which you will use to directly assist in the businesses development and growth.
