This is an incredible opportunity for a highly organised individual to join the luxury fragrance industry as a new Admin Executive Assistant, based in London.
As Admin Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the company’s senior-level managers.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role you should be well organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely support to executive managers.
The perfect candidate for this role is someone with work experience in a similar role who is outstanding with their organisational and time management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be expected to conduct yourself with discretion and confidentiality.
Ideally, you should have excellent MS Office knowledge and a familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars and copy machines. A PA diploma or certification is a huge plus!
