This is a brilliant opportunity to join an innovative, rapidly expanding international skincare brand as an Accounts Payable Assistant in London.
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will process all invoices received and apply them to the correct projects, departments and people. You will ensure the company pays its invoices in accordance with its payment cycles. The focus will be on Accounts Payable for inventory and shipping. You will also be expected to cover some Accounts Receivable, primarily to cover holidays.
The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within a multi-channel retail business. You’ll have strong data entry skills, proficiency with accounting software and above all a positive, can-do approach to work.
A fantastic communicator, you’ll be highly organised and pay excellent attention to detail. You’ll need stock/inventory and shipping invoices experience, as well as a good understanding of basic bookkeeping, purchase and sales ledger activities and accounts payable principles.
