Account Executive – London

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to support one of London’s most prestigious and flamboyant Department Stores.

The role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be required to develop and build strong professional relationships, and plan to visit and upskill consultants at least 2 days per week.

You will need to ensure all bookings are uploaded correctly and efficiently and act quickly on securing additional, last minute brand requests.

You’ll need to communicate with all consultants to confirm booking details prior to their shifts, and ensure all consultants arrive on time and coordinate training. You’ll also be required to conduct floor walks and client meetings when appropriate.

You will need to be available on weekends (Friday-Tuesday) with 3 days in the office and 2 days for an in store check in.

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect candidate has fantastic written and verbal communication skills with experience in recruitment and management. You should be confident working with Excel and be able to deliver excellent customer presentations.
