Excellent customer service skills are a must for this type of role, as you will need to be able to answer any questions visitors may have, as well as be willing to go the extra mile to ensure they have a fantastic experience. The type of temporary visitor attraction roles we have are retail, front of house, ticketing, visitor services and ushers. We are particularly interested in people who have an SIA licence for these types of roles.
