You may scan or take a photo of your timesheet to send to us. The image must be a full size high quality image so that we can clearly read all handwritten details. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with a legible time sheet for processing. If we are unable to read every single detail including names and signatures clearly, we will not be able to process payment.
PLEASE NOTE: If while at work your store asks you to stay and work extra hours, you must call the office first to have this authorised. If extra hours have not been confirmed by us we will be unable to process payment.
You can send us your timesheet by email. It must be sent to email@example.com only.
Time sheets that are sent to other email addresses will not be processed.
Time sheets must be received by 9am on Monday mornings.
Unfortunately, we will have to reconsider the suitability of employees who regularly fail to send in their time sheet on time.

Any changes to availability must be updated immediately. Please only give us days you are definitely free to work. Once shifts are booked you must honour these booking. If brands or stores request you personally, letting them down may result in them not wanting to use you again. We also call and text to confirm your availability.
You must arrive on counter 10 minutes prior to your shift starting.
Once you arrive at your shift you must check in by sending a text to Lisa.
If for any reason you’re running late for your shift, you must phone so we can contact the client. A call or text must then be made to confirm you have arrived.
We understand that sometimes things go wrong so if for any reason (sickness or other) you can’t make your shift, you must let us know at the first opportunity so we have a reasonable chance of covering the shift and informing the client.
Whilst working within store you will be representing not only Artisan People, but the store itself and often one of their brands. This means you will find yourself reporting to, and working for, three different people and the rules and regulations of each must be respected and adhered to.
REMEMBER: The shifts are booked based on requests from the client and the store. Only you can be responsible for the amount of work offered to you through hard work, achieving targets and building strong relationships.
Breaks are normally one hour per shift, this must be confirmed prior with the client. It is essential breaks are taken around the quiet periods during the day and any store guidelines are followed. Please do not go over your break allowance and ensure you are back on time.

Please call us at the earliest opportunity. It is not acceptable to text or email. You must call and speak to someone in the office or outside of office hours, call your managers phone. DO NOT TEXT US regarding your sickness. If you are unable to get through a message may be left and we will call back at the earliest opportunity.

We have a strict policy on dress code for all staff. Remember you are representing Artisan People as well as the store and client. We will not tolerate sloppy dress in any circumstances.
